Keep Your Heart’s short-term missions trips are exciting, impactful, customizable, and incredibly affordable! For several years our team has been traveling to various locations, forming relationships, and gaining valuable insights, and now we would love the opportunity to lead a group from your church or school on one of these life-changing trips to fields across the US and around the world.

OPPORTUNITIES:

Our trips are specifically focused on helping missionaries and church planters and provide a wide variety of ministry opportunities: work projects, neighborhood canvassing, community outreach events, leadership training, marketplace evangelism, sports evangelism, school evangelism, revival services, Vacation Bible Schools, teen rallies, orphanage visits, and more!

COST:

The cost varies depending on the location of the trip and does not include the cost of travel to and from the destination*. The price for the trip includes: lodging, meals, activities, local transportation during the trip, souvenir t-shirt, and devotional booklet.

Payment Schedule: non-refundable fee of $100 per person with application, 50% within 60 days of the trip, balance within 30 days of the trip.

*Our team is happy to offer help and advice for booking your travel but Keep Your Heart will not be responsible for booking flights or providing transportation to the destination.

GROUP SIZE & SPONSORS:

Our trips are very flexible when it comes to the size of the group. We would prefer to have a minimum of 10 participants (students) on each trip and can accommodate groups as large as 30-35 at most locations. If you would like to book a trip for a group of less than 10 or more than 35, contact us for customized trip options. 

Each teen group must be accompanied by sponsors from their ministry. We require 1 male sponsor for every 5 guys and 1 female sponsor for every 5 girls. Special sponsor rates are available for groups with 15 or more participants. 

INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is recommended for domestic trips and required for international trips. Keep Your Heart Ministries does not provide this insurance. We recommend obtaining this insurance through Faith Ventures. Each group must provide proof of obtaining travel insurance before embarking on an international trip with Keep Your Heart Ministries. Participants who do not purchase travel insurance for domestic trips assume all of the risks associated with travel.

STANDARDS OF CONDUCT:

Keep Your Heart Ministries expects that all participants maintain high standards of conduct and appropriateness at all times on the trip and requires that each participant sign a standard of conduct agreement as a part of their application.
